Disneyland Resort Paris

Phenomène organized the most important event of the year for a great pharmaceutical laboratory group : 5 days to bring together, for the first time, all the collaborators from different subsidiaries. 550 participants, 7 plenary sessions, 50 meetings and above all a main challenge : to create links, develop a culture of communication and promote exchanges. The agency set out to play on creativity and interactivity with surprising team-building and new technology system such as interactive wall.
